Spiritual life revived and restored

hroughout this year, my spiritual life has been stagnated, lukewarm, and at times cold. I could hardly pray or fast and at times could miss church. All my efforts to get my spiritual life back on track proved futile. Spiritually, I remained a weakling and the situation grew worse with each passing day. One day, in July 2022, I attended a Church service here at PICC Headquarters during which Pastor preached on prayer and fasting. From that day, my spiritual life got revived and restored. Although I joined the prayer and fasting that the Church had announced the previous week, on day number three, I managed to fast and pray throughout the entire remaining period. What also surprised me was how easy it felt to pray and fast throughout that period of prayer and fasting. From that time up to date, I have seen my hunger and thirst for God grow every day. Little did I know that God was preparing me for the battles ahead. On 14th August 2022, I lost my mum who died after a short illness. I could not imagine how I could have handled myself after her death had my spiritual life remained weak. I want to thank God for building my faith and spiritual life.
Missing Passport Found by Divine Leading

I am based in Mzuzu and a regular online service attendee. During the August 2022 Celebration and Miracle Service, I was moved by a lady who testified that God had miraculously preserved her title deed documents after accidentally dropping them close to a bus stage on an open public space. In January 2022, I lost my passport and could not locate it either at home or at the office. Inspired by the lady’s testimony, I believed that God can also help me find my passport. Brethren, God has done it for me. Last week, just when I had arrived home from the office, the Holy Spirit, from nowhere, led me to go somewhere within the house where we usually keep trash and some other stuff earmarked for disposal. I was then led to look in one paper bag, which had some old newspapers and other items that were ready to be burned. Lo and behold, there was my passport, neatly packed inside, in the thick of the rubbish. Earlier that same week, I had a dream that I was going on a business trip to South Africa. I believe having found the passport; God is also going to make this trip possible. Hallelujah!
